Speaker for March Meeting 2015

March Guest Speaker is Ian Reeves. Ian is a founding partner of Henderson Reeves Connell Rishworth. He leads the property team and has broad experience in commercial and business law with a special interest in farm purchases and the law relating to trusts. He has been a presenter at an Auckland District Law Society seminar on trusts. He also acts as a consultant to the litigation and environmental law teams, two areas of law in which he has had considerable experience. Ian will give an overview to problems associated with purchasing cross leased sections and subdividing existing sections.
